Commissions Policy

Commission Style & Scope:
All commissioned artworks are created in Zarabella Bambling Art’s impressionist rural landscape style. Human figures may be included, but detailed facial features or realistic portrait work are not offered. The artist may decline commissions that fall outside this style or cannot be completed to a high standard.

Available Sizes & Materials:
Commissions are available from 20 × 25 cm up to 100 × 100 cm, with additional custom sizes available on request. All artworks are created using acrylic on canvas. Oak timber framing can be added for an additional cost.

Pricing:
Pricing is based on size, detail, and framing. A general price guide begins at $225 AUD. A personalised quote will be provided before your artwork enters the waitlist.

Payment:
No deposit is required.
Full payment is due once the artwork is complete and must be paid before the artwork is shipped or collected. All commission payments are made via invoice and paid by bank deposit.

Waitlist & Production Time:
Commission requests are added to a waitlist, which may extend up to nine months depending on current demand. Start dates are approximate and may shift as needed. Once commenced, artworks are generally completed within two weeks. Please allow for creative timing, as delays can occur during the artistic process.

Communication & Updates:
Initial enquiries may begin through Instagram DM and can continue via email if required. Progress updates are provided during the sketch stage, midway through the painting, and upon completion.

Revisions:
Revisions may be requested up until painting begins. Once paint has been applied to canvas, revisions are offered at the artist’s discretion. Major changes may incur additional charges.

Cancellations:
Commissions may be cancelled at any time before sketching or painting has begun.
After work has commenced, cancellations and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping & Pickup:
Completed artworks are packaged securely using bubble wrap and cardboard boxes. Shipping costs are added to the final invoice. Local pickup may be arranged when possible. Please refer to the Shipping Policy for additional details.

Copyright:
The artist retains all copyright to commissioned artworks. Commissions will not be reproduced for commercial sale.
The artist may share the commission on the website or social media unless the client requests otherwise at the time of ordering.
